A new Faculty of Health has been established to support Victoria University’s vision of Improving Health and Wellbeing in our Communities; a distinctiveness theme in Victoria’s Strategic Plan. Teaching in the Faculty of Health is due to commence in Trimester 1, 2018.

Inaugural appointments provide a range of opportunities within the Faculty to be involved with strategic leadership in the development and delivery of population health in the new health and wellbeing programmes, and to undertake undergraduate and postgraduate teaching.

Ideal candidates for this position are world-class researchers who wish to make a real difference, to create high-achieving research groups, and to create innovative and attractive supporting degree programmes in collaboration with other researchers at Victoria and elsewhere. The appointees will contribute to Victoria's engagement with stakeholders, especially with government, District Health Boards and other partners relevant to our capital city location.
